Guarantee We offer an exchange like for like policy on all products that are damaged or faulty unless the customer requires a refund.
Goods may be returned within 7 days of goods received for exchange.
TopcatFancyDress Ltd will refund any postage costs that may occur when returning damaged or faulty goods only and not returns due to wrong sizing or that are unsuitable.
Any items received back after the 14 days will be known as "goods in dispute" and will be sent back to the purchaser without refund or exchange.
We use suppliers images on our website to display our products. Although these images depict the products to their best we cannot be held responsible for slight differences in colours to the products due to different screen resolutions or the look of the products
This does not effect your statutory rights.

Currently we only accept Paypal providing a secure payment channel.
Your credit card or Paypal account information will not be stored on our site.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy
Please note that Halloween Goods may not be returned for refund or exchnage after 31st Oct. We must receive the goods before 31st October.
IMPORTANT Before returning any goods the customer must contact returns@topcatfancydress.co.uk with the order number on your invoice and the reason for return. TopcatFancyDress Ltd will then email you a returns packing slip which must be packed with the goods.
Card Refunds may take up to 7 days to be credited back to your Account
Any goods purchased from TopcatFancyDress Ltd can be returned within 7 days from receipt of delivery. The cost of the return postage will be the customers' liability, unless TopcatFancyDress Ltd are at fault or the order is damaged (goods are checked before dispatch) then we will refund the return postage costs, please obtain a proof of postage from your Post Office for your records. You may return by Recorded Delivery if you wish, however TopcatFancyDress Ltd will not pay this extra cost. We cannot be held responsible for items we do not receive from Royal Mail so Recorded Delivery option is personal choice.
When returning for a refund we will only refund the cost of the item (s) and not postage costs charged when purchasing the item(s), unless TopcatFancyDress Ltd or the goods are at fault..
All goods must be kept in original conditions i.e. not worn (apart from trying them on), have all packaging in tact. Products used or damaged in any way will be refused a refund this includes items smelling of nicotine, stretching, damaged packaging, no packaging or any other damage deemed so by TopcatFancyDress Ltd. We will examine all goods upon receipt and give a refund only if the returns criteria is met.
If an exchange is not required a refund will be issued for the cost of the goods only (unless damaged)
Please Note The Following:
1..Faulty products will be replaced with the same product if available or refunded back to a credit card at customers request
2..Wrong size products will be replaced with the same product in an alternative size if available or refunded back to a credit card at customers request
3..We do not offer a refund after a 14 day period from delivered date
4..Any goods returned outside of our Returns Policy date will not be eligible for refund or exchange
5...Returns that reach us damaged or without packaging will be refused refund and returned to customer
6...For hygiene reasons we do not refund wigs ,tights, eye lashes or any other similar items they will be returned to sender.
